TMZ has learned ... Minaj was hanging out at the pool at the fancy Palomar Hotel when she got into a very intense verbal spat with an unidentified man she was staying with. Nicki told a hotel employee to call police ... while the man went to their hotel room,メイプルストーリー RMT. Nicki followed soon after. When cops and paramedics arrived,aion RMT, Nicki told authorities their poolside fight continued inside of their room ... and the man hit her in her lower lip. The man had already left the scene when cops arrived ... but Nicki insisted she did NOT want to press charges. Nicki also claimed she was NOT in a relationship with the alleged attacker. Cops tell us an incident report was taken ... but no charges will be filed per Nicki's request. Calls to Nicki's rep have not been returned.

尿毒症男子为给孩子留钱欲放弃治疗 申请捐器官

他是3个孩子的父亲，是家里的顶梁柱。
两年前，他得了尿毒症，家里的天塌了……
为给孩子留点钱他曾想放弃治疗
张勤法的老家在新密。今年48岁的他说,メイプルストーリー RMT，如果时间可以倒回，最想回到2010年3月中旬以前的日子。
那时，他还没得病，在郑州西郊经营着一家送奶店，店里养了8头奶牛，他和老婆每天挤奶、送奶。三个孩子乖巧可爱，他说，日子虽不富裕，但也充实得很。
2010年3月中旬，张勤法突然发现自己尿血。当时他没在意,DQ10 RMT。4月份，妻子韩桂兰发觉他不对劲，陪他到医院检查。看到结果，一家人都蒙了。
张勤法清楚，如果要治疗，花钱是没有尽头的，他想给孩子留点钱，就不想治了。知道父亲因为钱放弃治疗，一向听话乖巧的老大、老二这次没有听话，他们陆续退学，开始打工。
2010年10月份，张勤法身体一天不如一天，最终在妻儿的苦求下，他到河南省直第三人民医院做透析治疗，一周得三回，但老张只舍得做两回，因为做一回就得400多元钱，这还是医院给予照顾的情况下。
张勤法病后，送奶店就倒闭了，韩桂兰在家喂起鸡、鸭、猪、牛，可赚得没有赔得多。张勤法也没闲着，天稍暖和点，他就批发点水果、蔬菜在路边摆摊卖。
“实在等不到肾源，就捐器官”
眼看着小儿子一天天长大，每次考试成绩都名列前茅，张勤法心里说不出地高兴。但家里条件很不好，他想把儿子过继给一个好人家，希望孩子能更好地生活。
女儿张耀(化名)无法接受，她说，宁愿自己一辈子不嫁人，也要守护着一家人，一辈子不分开。
每次说到这事，张勤法只能默默地流泪。
张勤法希望有一天能等到肾源。换了肾，他就不用再做透析，他就还能像以前一样正常生活了，他就能再次撑起这个家，家人便不会分开。“实在等不到了，就捐器官，希望急需器官的人不要像我一样苦等。”
张勤法在今年3月份向省红十字会申请捐献器官,ro RMT，得到了批准，他说，生前没为这个社会做过啥，希望死后能有点用。

Muska's Sponsor Chad's 'N' WORD Was NOT
Chad Muska's skateboard sponsor is totally cool with the fact he hurled the 'N' word during his arrest -- saying it's ok because Chad used an "a" and not an "er" ... at the end of the racial epithet.A rep for Element Skateboards -- Muska's sponsor since 2006 -- tells TMZ, "There is a major difference between n**ga and n***** and it's totally obvious he is not being racial at all."The rep goes on to say Chad has Element's full support,aion RMT.As TMZ first reported, the legendary pro skateboarder was busted for felony vandalism on Hollywood Boulevard early Thursday morning -- and repeatedly spewed the slur during his arrest.As for the alleged vandalism -- the rep says it was a mistake ... GORGEOUS Model Busted for DUI -- The Sexy
It might be the sexiest DUI arrest ever -- Claudia Jordan's smokeshow friend BUSTED after sideswiping a parked car ... while driving a freaking DeLorean ... and it was all caught on TAPE,DQ10 RMT.Law enforcement tells TMZ, model SueLyn Medeiros -- we strongly recommend Googling her -- was pulled over last night in Hollywood after colliding with a parked car, and when she opened her DeLorean's gull-wing door,aion RMT, cops caught a "strong odor" of alcohol.Police administered a field sobriety test -- and Medeiros, who had been driving with Claudia in the car, laughs the entire way through, prancing around barefoot ... needless to say,ダークブラッド RMT, cops weren't impressed.Medeiros then blew a .14 -- nearly twice the legal limit in California -- and was placed under arrest.According to law enforcement, Medeiros bragged incessantly about being a rich model, and was extremely flirtatious with the officers.Medeiros is still in custody on $45,000 bail. As for the high bail amount, we're told she had an unrelated warrant out for her arrest ... but it's unclear why.
