Sony Ericsson's Xperia Play has seen a dramatic price drop at UK retailers, with some online outlets offering the gaming smartphone at almost half it regular price. Expansys has made the biggest reduction, bringing the PlayStation phone down in price from the standard £500 to &prmto289. Meanwhile Play is offering the device at £299.The price cuts on the Sony Ericsson phone follow a dramatic reduction announcement for the 3DS last week, which is set to have its RRP slashed by a third later this month.Sony chairman Kazuo Hirai signalled yesterday that Sony won't engage in a price war with the 3DS, and the company's rival handheld PlayStation Vita looks set to launch at £229 (with 3G models going for £279).Hirai's comments have led to claims from Japan-based analysts that the platform holder risks "major failure". Thang Online
Main Point:
This is a free game,so i will compare it to other free game and review. So don't think tharmttreview is nonsense.
Graphic:
The graphic is wonderful compared to other gamrmtecause it is a 3d game and the items are drawn nicely.
When your avatar is fighting, the is only 1 action, slash, slash, slasash, keep slashing the same, without changing.
The skills is also nice, as small particles drawings.I think for the skill graphic,Xiah online Skill graphic is better then Thang Online.
rated:7/10
Sound
The song of the game is smooh, pleasing and nice.It really fits into the game.
The fighting sound of the game is also very real, when u hit the mon,it sounds like most games.i think i am talking rubbish now here.
rated:8/10
community
I don't know how to discribe this but when into the game,i feel like i am playing a single-playered game.Nobody talks to me in the game, neither do i talk to people in the game, when i can't.
so this is where the score goes down.
rated:3/10
Overall
The game is nice, but someone says that it is choppy, but i don't think so.
The music of the game is also pleasing too.It comes out on the right time and in the right tune, like when you are in the town, you will hear a music that shows the town,peaceful....n u are in the forest, the music also blends into the surrounding,a music of adventure.

GameStop removing OnLive codes from Deus
Square Enix and game streaming service OnLive have teamed up to offer buyers of the PC version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution free access to that game via OnLive. But that, it seems, doesn't fly well with GameStop. The high street retailer has confirmed that it's told its employees to remove the OnLive coupons from all copies of Deus Ex on PC. An email apparently sent to employees reads: "Please immediately remove and discard the OnLive coupon from all regular PC versions of Deus Ex: Human Revolution."It adds: "Our desirermt o not have this coupon go to any customers after this announcement." Several tipsters have apparently told Gamespy that their new copies of the game were previously opened and the coupon missing. Confirming the details of the email, a GameStop rep said: "Square Enix packed the competitor's coupon with our DXHR product without our prior knowledge and we did pull and discard these coupons."Deus Ex: Human Revolution has wowed critics with stellar review scores this week. But if you're in US and want your OnLive code, you should probably buy the game elsewhere. Mike Jackson

Street Fighter 3 Online Edition patch re
Capcom has released the first of a couple of patches that were in the pipeline for Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition. This one adds YouTube video upload support to the Xbox 360 version of the game. As SF3 producer Derek Neal explains: "We're still experiencing some occasional hiccoughs with the XLSP server, so the service might go down intermittently. But it's up right now, and you can see the videos people have been uploading here."He goes on to confirm there's another patch on the way that will tarmtcother issues with the game. "We have a fix for both the '100 billion % disconnect rate' issue, and the 'it takes a long time to get in a ranked match' issue. These fixes, as well as a few more (an issue with Hugo's trial#2, a stun exploit in trials, etc.), will be making it into ourrmt patch. We will also be raising the online level cap in that patch."Neal says to expect a date for that patch "early next week ... after we submit to Sony and Microsoft".He adds: "Further downstream, we're looking at all of your feedback for potential future updates (beyond the fixes in this post). So, please bear with us as we continue working to make this game even more awesome." Mike Jackson

Nintendo to make a loss on every 3DS sold
While Sony and Microsoft systematically sell their new consoles at a loss - initially at least - Nintendo has always resisted such tactics, instead balancing production costs to maintain a profit margin on its hardware. But this is a practice Nintendo will forfeit with the 3DS, according to Bloomberg Japan (via Andriasang), who reports that Nintendo will indeed be making a loss on every 3DS sold after it introduces the drastic price cuts announced today. As reported earlier, Nintendo will chop around a third off the price of 3DS worldwide next month, following lacklustre sales in the early part of 2011.3DS' RRP will drop from $249 to $169.99 in the US on August 12. A cut to the European trade price will come on the same day. Nintendo is yet to confirm the exact drop for the EU, but has told CVG that it will be "around a third".Australia will also benefit on August 12, with 3DS dipping from $350 to $250. Meanwhile, Japan will see a price drop on August 11 - to 15,000, down from 25,000. The firmtrso announced a '3DS Ambassador' program that will award early adopters 20 free games in an effort to prevent them from 'regretting' purchasing the console early.

Xhodon Review You Get Yourself a Palace f
。 。 。While it is a pretty nifty game feature it's also obstructive especially if you want to concentrate on your game for the time being. The game does allow you to crmth the height of the chat box or even close it so that it won't be much of an eyesore.。 。 。In Xhodon, the way you build your structures is by conjuring them into the tree of life. For a certain amount of time you are given newbie protection where you are safe from harm from other magicians. Hopefully during the time frame you establish yourself enough that you can protect yourself from invaders.。 。
。 。
。The one thing Xhodon doesn't let you dofor your heroes is equip them with items. All the equipment your heroe may gather during attacks is only useful to your magician. In fact if you look inrmtte connection between your magician and your heroes I can say that it is quite similar to the connection between Saruman and his Orcs in Lord of the Rings (Movie and Novel). The units rely on their innate strength and numbers while the magician provides remote boosts that enhance their battle prowess.。 Xhodon Review: You Get Yourself a Palace for Free
By Vincent Haoson (Vincenthaoson), OnRPG Journalist。The heroes you choose in Xhodon are more like "captain" units that lead your creatures. These units can be named and depending on which race you choose is either a defensive or offensive unit. I like how Xhodon keeps the hero stats simple so that you don't have to think hard on which kind of hero you need to pick out. The game provides you with enough hero types that youhave no problem which hero to choose to fit your game strategy.。Xhodon is not all battles and wars however, the game promotes socializing between players. There's a pretty obvious chat box that appears whenever you log into the game and it allows you to talk real time to players and even some game staff.。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。Xhodon is a browser-based MMOG that puts you in the shoes of a magician who has been provided a palace to rule, which is beed to come from a forgotten kingdom. The game is the usual browser strategy resource building game set in a mythical world.。 。 。 。
。 。All in all, Xhodon is not an impressive browser-based MMOG. However, it does provide a good alternative to spend the boring hours at work. The game does provide decent enough game play so you never really care about the lack of innovations. Of course I've set the standards high for this game because there have been a lot of MMOGs in the same genre which are pretty engaging.。I can say that while Xhodon's battles are not that innovative or genre defining, it can be an MMOG to tide you over during the boring hours at work. With the game being text-based you can play it easily on any PC because as it's not so resource expensive for computers. The game also doesn't require you to pay clattention every minute, especially if your structures are in the higher tiers of the structure tree.。
。 。Xhodon has all the things you need in a game like this. It has a diplomacy tab, which is Xhodon's Guild system and provides you information on guilds that you can join. Throughs tab you can create your own guild if you have enough resources. As usual you can collect resources either through invading or enhancing your resource gathering structures, which then earn you resources in every tick, which is Xhodon's version of time. Each tick corresponds to five minutes of our time and each act is connected to it.。Upon starting my Xhodon experience. The game starts off in the usual MMOG manner, providing you the tutorial, which teaches you the game basics. You are introduced to a world that has shifted in your favor after a dragon provides you with its egg, which transforms into a palace that belongs to you.。
。 。
。 。 。Liking the chat box is an acquired taste really and even after seeing it there for quite some time it still makes me want to close it every time I log in. However during the boring moments of waiting for my attacks to happen or the moments where I'm waiting for the structure improvements to be finalized the chat box was my companion and made the game more engaging for a short while.。
。After getting your bearings, you are then tasked to establish your own rule through the tree of life that thegon egg provides you. You are given the beginning armies to serve at your beck and call and from there you are then left to your owndevices.。
。n;。Xhodon, is more of an MMOG which requires time before it becomes good enough to make you want to log on and play for the rest of the day. The problem with that is that most people don't like these types of games and prefer games that engage you from the start. Players are used to browser games that you can join and leave in a heartbeat and Xhodon isn't like that. If you are the type who is patient enough and doesn't mind dull moments then Xhodon is the game for you.。
。
。 。With Xhodon being a browser-based MMOG, it is already a given that battles are more text-based and static compared to flash-based MMOGs. Creature battles also don't happen instantaneously and are really dull if you don't have anything else to do.。Being the magician that rules your realm, you don't go out into battle so you have heroes to go out and beat the stuffing out of creatures or other mians around your land. Your heroes can level up and you can even allocate points to their stats and enhance their racial bonuses to make them more effective in battle.。

Wolfenstein 3D iOS pulled in Switzerland
Wolfenstein 3D Classic - an iOS port of the classic id shooter - has been pulled from Apple's App Store in Switzerland and Austria. These countries, it seems, still don't appreciate an abundance of Nazi Swastika signs in their video games. Can't think why.Posting on Twitter, id's John Carmack wrote: "The iOS App Stores in Switzerland and Austria just lost Wolfenstein Classic due to the offensive swastikas. :-("The game has players shooting their way through a Nazi stronghold with Swastika signs adorning the walls, and this isn't the first time the game has run into issues because of this - all signs were removed from the Super Nintendo version released in 1994, as Gamespot notes. There doesn't appear to be any threat of the game being removed from the App Store more widely. New rumours today have claimed that the as-yet-unannounced iPhone 5 will be on sale by mid-October with a thinner, lighrmttrofile, better camera, bigger screen and improved antenna. Mike Jackson

Neocron 2 Review- Morpheus Could Be Wrong
。
。
。
The game's plot and concept is really something, and it's sad that they did a poor job at implementing itrmt.cron 2 does have a lot of potential, only to be wasted by bugs and crash issues. The graphics are bearable, and the whole FPS system is refreshing for those who are tired of the traditional isometric birds-eye-view. The game has PVP, quests, and awesome places to explore, all fit for an MMO player to enjoy. It still needs a lot of work. Another issue that's plaguing this game is its lack of players. For an MMO game, Neocron 2 lacks the Massively part, with servers that are only 2-4% full most of the time (yes, the game states the server population upon logging in). I guess you could say that rare items are easier to find than players in the game. It's not the worst game out there, but if you can get your hands on another game, do so.。
When it comes to MMORPGs, nothing makes everything less linear than a fresh non-medieval setting away from dungeons and (woot) kobolds. If you're tired of swashbuckling inside the king's courtyard, then perhaps this game can keep you company with its futuristic apprmteNeocron 2 is a post-apocalyptic MMORPG that takes over its previous installment, taking players into a dark delinquent future where danger lurks at every corner. Here players will behold an almost red-light-district world, similar to the cyberpunk future brought by the Fallout series with a mix of Samurai Jack (yes, the cartoon) and Duke Nukem 3D. I really don't know why MMOs don't respect the possibilities of us having a bright future, but it does seem cooler that way. The game has been getting some mixed reviews so far, and I just had to see it for myself.。
。
Pros:
-Nice Concept
-Good Graphics
-PVP.。
Neocron 2 Review- Morpheus Could Be Wrong About The Future
By Kei Beneza (dividelife), OnRPG Journalist。
One thing that certainly caught my attention was their trial program. I really want to state that the game is really on ah to get money from players who are interested in checking out their FREE TRIAL, asking players to prepare payment through Click2Pay the moment they start their 10 day FREE trial. I'm not sure if it's an issue for other gamers, but these things are better off asked after the players decide to actually continue the game. Another thing that must be stated is the game's lack of tutorials. Not only do they only give basic "duh" explanations, the tutorials hardly say anything significant at all. You can't go back to the last message after proceeding to the next one, so don't press on until you've absorbed its content.。
。
。
。
The in game visuals are mid-ranged, with fine textures similar to games like Matrix Online and Half-Life. The character movements are awkward and unrealistic, especially when moving up staind other places. It almost seems like they are limping somehow. The game brings one of the most diverse set of areas, from coded matrix grounds to fallout wasteland, giving players a brand new world to discover and explore.。
。
。
。
。
。
In my opinion, the game lacks more than just gameplay. For a pay to play game, Neocron 2 has more bugs than many free-to-play beta testsuth be told, I encountered 4 bugs shortly after I started the game. There's also the terrible crash issue which is somewhat annoying since people are practically paying for this game. If you're going to sell something, at least make it less buggy than the free alternatives. Sometimes, simple actions like picking up armor can cause nasty errors that crash you back to your desktop. Some conversations just pop up with nothing, forcing players to press the escape key instead of finishing conversations the natural way (clicking words).。
。
。
The character creation interface is somewhat confusing, presenting an array of character jobs that will further define your character as you go. Note that this selection is not the actual list of archetypes, but rather a list to see which classes you can or cannot take. There are 4 classes all-in-all: the Spy, Private Eye, Tank, and Psi-Monk. Players however will not be able to pick between the 4 classes for the jobs in the previous list are only compae with two to three jobs. E.g.: if a player picks the Driver job, he can only pick between: Tanks, Private Eyes, and Spies.。
。
。
Whether it's talking to an NPC, buying items, or just wasting your time killing people, Neocron 2 lets players experience the action from a first person perspective, making it different from most of the MMORPGs today. It's basically point-and-shoot, which is rather refreshing after playing a lot of click -and-attack-based games. The skills and weapons however, are generically placed and are easily accessible through the number keys. The conversation format may annoy some players due to the lack of a bigger NEXT button on the talk interface. You have to click on small words (your answer) to continue the conversation, which is hardly ever relevant as these conversations merely revolve around simple examples like "YES! I would like to browse your wares". What's wrong with clicking an NPC to view their goods? This system may work wonders for roleplayers, but the repetitive process loses itine after seeing the same thing over and over again.。
。
Once done with all the confusing details, players are opted to choose their faction. Although these factions are blessed with their own logo, history, and set of VIPs, choosing one is the same as choosing between a cheeseburger and a burger with cheeAll factions are the same, with only their starting details that serve the difference. It does not matter if you're a member of N.E.X.T or the Council, as they all have the same privileges with almost no differences whatsoever.。
Upon choosing their desired class, players are taken to the character customization screen where they can pick between an array of premade faces and clothing to suit their taste. The selection is a tad disappointing, with only a few hairstyles and clothes to choose from. There's also the model selector option, which doGod knows what' since it does not seem to affect or change anything at all.。
Cons:
-Bugs
-Crash Issues
-Lack of Players
-Outdated Engine
-Irrelevance Issue
-Stiffness of Controls.。

Europe 1400 We Play Dirty
。
As far as the interface goes, Europe 1400's visuals are probably second to none in this genrmtrt's amazing how the map scrolls around, giving players a semi 3D effect everytime they browse through it. Menus and features are also displayed in convenient locations, which is good since you will be using these panels a lot as you go through the game.。
Once again the power of paying members prevail. Once you enter the game, you will encounter a couple of missions (quests) that will give you a good amount of gold. The painful part is that you will need JEWELs to start these quests, and the game will keep on charging your character until you either complete the quest or give up. Jewels can be acquired through labor (hard labor), but can also be acquired via the game'rmtsm mall... for a price.。
。
。
。
I'm still of two minds about this game. First ll, the game is quite deep, which means that players should have a lot of things to look forward to. There iss also a good amount of betrayal and spying to keep players busy, especially since everyone wants to know what it's like to rule the place. This good amount of features however, is shunned by the game's constant lack of tutorials and a decent help page. As much as I would want to play a complex game that gives me a lot of options, it would be a lot easier if I would at least know what everything does before playing, rather than figure it all out on my own.。
-Lack of tutorials and a good help page.。
One thing I really didn't like about the game is how the tutorials were laid out. The tutorials did explain a couple of basic features, but after teaching you how to buy and sell, it leaves you in the dark along with a pack of ravaging wolves. I tried looking for a FAQ page, but the only thing it did was lead me back to the crappy tutorial page. I know browser games should be relatively easy to learn, but not everyone has played the genre long enoughbreeze through the features without proper instructions.。
。
。
。
。
。
Europe 1400 is a browser based MMO set in medieval Europe. The game focuses on trading, business, and politics. Here players start out with a small buy and sell business which will eventually expand further and bring them more options as they progress in the game. The best part about this game is how competitive the emic system can be. Aside from simply just buying and selling materials to increase their income, players can start digging dirt on various players, thus swaying the game in your favor as you wipe the board clear of competition.。
-Paying members wieally get more stuff, and it will take you a long time before you can catch up。
Honestly, I really love how the game exercises positions and various political movement. Once a player earns enough moand influence, they can start their political career and run for a range of positions, depending on which one your influence earns you. Note that you will be given various privileges and can easily work your way around sticky situations using these offices. The Mayor, for example can have people arrested, change laws, or have someone protected from various individuals. Your income may also increase dramatically once you advance to a higher position. Don't think it's THAT easy though. Being corrupt and power hungry has its advantages... as long as you don't get caught.。
。
-Tons of things to do。
。
。
-It's still a fresh awesome concept。

Conquer Online Interview The Ninja
Questions by Vincent Haoson, Onrpg Writer
Answered by Pan Deng, Chief Designer, TQ Digital
With the year reaching its end, Conquer Online of TQ Digital will serve its final year-end treat for their community, with an inclusion of a new job class: the ninja. To get the scoop with what’s going on in Conquer Online, and more of rmttew ninja job class, Onrpg got a chance to talk to Pan Deng, the Chief Designer of TQ Digital.
Onrpg: With the game already in its 5th year, how is Conquer faring now?
TQ: Conquer is still going strong, with a stable and loyal Player base plus newcomers, too. Opening European servers helped a lot. Now we have almost 80 servers with 300,000 active users onlirmtnily.
Onrpg: What’s the difference between Conquer Online before 2.0 and now?
TQ: Basically, the difference between Conquer 1.0 and 2.0 is one of complexity and variation. Before, thersn’t as much variety of weapons, character classes, quests, events, or towns to visit. Now there is much more for a player to do, and thus, it caters to a wider audience.
Onrpg: Can you give us a brief background behind Conquer Online? Of its story and how it is now proging.
TQ: Conquer doesn’t have an in-depth back-story, as such. The most important game history is made by the players through guild wars, PvP tournaments and each character’s rise to power. The many patches and updates have affected these conflicts, causing revolutions and counter-revolutions to occur, while weeding out the exploiters and game abusers. The New Dynasty expansion is the first time in which storyline, not rule changes, will have an effect on the game experience –we have a new character class, the a.
Onrpg: What makes CO different from other MMOs of the same genre?
TQ: The one unique thing about Conquer, and all TQ Digital games, is battle power. It’s an overall rating of how powerful your character is. This can rmine whether you win or lose, fight or flee.
Second, we have a huge worldwide commu. Players from different parts of the planet can connect to any sever, unlike other large commercialized games which read and restrict IP addresses according to location.
Onrpg: How do you keep the game community happy and vibrant?
TQ: We have regular special evenor all the major festivals, both western and traditional Chinese. Through these special events, our players can experience vivid Chinese culture and traditions.
We also hold offline and online competitioallowing players to use their skills at art, writing, forum scouring, or general knowledge to win in-game items that typically need to be purchased. This lets the non-paying Player base follow close at the tails of the paying players.
Onrpg: How do you keep track of the game’s progress if you have almost 80 servers onliDo you also include player’s support to keep track of it all?
TQ: We have around 30 people ready to chat live with players in several different languages. Moreover, we just released customer service center, where players can manage theirount issues and report server problems. To protect players from account hacking, we also provide the itemlock function which enables players to bind precious items and wealth to their characters.
As for keeping track of the game’s progress, we have to constantly release patches and updates to oil the game’s inner gears. We also do server maintenance once or twice a week on eserver. Yeah, it’s a big job.
Onrpg: Can you give us a brief explanation of the new ninja class that will be included in CO?
TQ: Conceptually, our ninja is an expert of stealth, inspired by popular Japanese culture such as manga and anime, but not historical accuracy. Relying on agility and reflexes, ninjas frown upon the use of heavy armors. The Ninja is the second of Con’s dual-wielding classes, with high attack, low defense stats.
Stylistically, tinja has been transformed and blended with the colorful Chinese palette of Conquer, to make a stronger impression on our audience.
Onrpg: What reasons did you have for including the ninja class?
TQ: From a game balance point of view, our goal was to add a new physical damage dealer to game’s class roster –one that could go toe-to-toe with the already dominant Trojan class in PvP. Also, new class needed to be unique, in both skills and strategies. Again, ninjas seemed to fit the build, and were the logical choice.
Onrpg: What kind of skills would players expect from ninjas? Can you give an example of the skill?
TQ: Well, ninjas are going to have lots of assassination-type attacks. Strikes that do massive damage in a split second, or disable enemies, or pre them from healing themselves. The ninja is going to be a high damage-per-second shocker, but won’t be able to hold up in a fight when outnumbered. They will have extremely poor stamina and health.
As for skills, they will have a number of already documented skills, which fall into two categories: XP Skills, which build up and then are released; Stamina skills, which can be used at any time so long as there is enough stamin
XP skills include a Shuriken Vortex and Fatal Strike, while stamina skills include a Toxic Cloud attack, Poisoned , Flyer’s Bane and Counter-kill. But there are more skills yet to come.
Onrpg: What’s in store for CO in the future?
TQ: The future will see continued support for our players and more attention to details such as new quests new maps &ters, and more challenging Trans-server PvP and PK tournaments. With a Player base this strong, we are dedicated to listening and helping realize the dreams of our players.
